Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and provide essential information to callers; screen and direct calls appropriately
  • Record and relay messages for staff members
  • Welcome visitors, staff, and others with professionalism and courtesy
  • Screen and guide all visitors
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as typing, preparing memos, and processing facility mail; operate standard office equipment including word processors, copiers, and fax machines
  • Contribute as a member of the Marketing Team
  • Ensure a safe working environment and comply with facility safety protocols
  • Assist with Business Office tasks, including mail distribution, invoice processing, and payment collection
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months experience in a role involving switchboard operation and general clerical tasks
  • Ability to comprehend and execute verbal and written instructions
  • Proficient in basic arithmetic calculations
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships with staff, residents, and the public
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Able to work independently without direct supervision
