We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Hospitality Company. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of delivery bikers, packers, and dispatchers to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.
  • Manage the logistics of our delivery service, including scheduling, routing, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure that our customers receive a seamless experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure that our delivery service is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-volume delivery operations.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and analysis of logistics.
  • Technical in-depth knowledge of all required technology required for delivery logistics.
  • A strong leader and a demonstrated winner who quickly inspires confidence and gains respect from subordinates, partners, and competitors.
  • An individual who combines a confident, self-starting, high-performance orientation with a track record that reflects a can-do attitude and that almost is not good enough.
  • The interpersonal skills to influence, motivate, and energize the entire organization.
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills.
