Position Overview: The Senior .NET Developer will take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining intricate web applications, with an emphasis on back-end functionality and front-end usability. Core Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development: Architect, develop, and sustain high-performance web applications utilizing the .NET framework, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
  • Responsive Web Design: Create and implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks to guarantee applications function across diverse devices and screen sizes.
  • Azure DevOps: Leverage Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, source control, and automated testing to optimize the development workflow and enhance software quality.
  • Front-End Development: Partner with design and UX teams to convert mockups and wireframes into fully operational, visually appealing web pages.
  • API Development: Design and maintain RESTful APIs and web services to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations.
  • Performance Enhancement: Evaluate and refine application performance, concentrating on speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Code Quality Assurance: Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure project requirements are fulfilled and delivered punctually.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software challenges across the full stack.
  • Mentorship: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Over 8 years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Front-End Expertise: Demonstrated experience in responsive web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Angular, React).
  • Azure DevOps: Practical experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline creation, source control (Git), and automated testing.
  • API Proficiency: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based architectures and services, particularly within the Azure ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile team environment.
  • Certification in .NET, Azure, or related technologies.
