Operator Technician (3:00pm-11:30pm)

At A W Faber Castell Cosmetics, LLC, we specialize in the production of high-quality cosmetic pencils. As a part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery in compliance with safety and quality protocols.
  • Work within a clean room setting to produce cosmetic pencils.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Conduct in-process quality assessments and address any non-conformance.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify root causes of issues and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications:

This role is well-suited for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of direct experience as a machine operator.
  • Capable of performing minor machine maintenance.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills.
  • Follow established procedures effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to lift, push, or move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders or steps as needed.
