Service Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to provide top-notch equipment installation and repair services to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will travel to customers' homes and businesses to install new equipment and diagnose and repair existing equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client requests for equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Evaluate and diagnose equipment problems to provide accurate estimates and solutions
  • Repair and maintain equipment to manufacturer specifications
  • Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Teach customers how to operate their equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Previous experience with hand and power tools
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Construction experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
