Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Administer a range of physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilizations, and modalities, to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for managing their conditions and preventing future injuries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Completed state-regulated continuing education requirements in the state of practice.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient data and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of productivity and efficiency.
