Swift Technology Specialist

About the Role:
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Swift Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for capturing and supporting the delivery of business and/or system requirements to deliver significant business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and capture their requirements.
- Perform impact analysis and refine requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team.
- Provide thought leadership based on significant experience built through multiple software implementations.
- Influence stakeholder strategy and understand their needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.
- Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.
- Lead cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy.
- Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
- Act as the subject matter expert within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
- Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications across a business/technical domain; assist with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design.
- Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.
- For vendor applications, work closely with the vendor to ensure changes meet bank requirements including assisting with acceptance testing where needed.
- Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years in the technology industry.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience installing patches, maintaining, troubleshooting, and testing SWIFT products: SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Web Platform, SWIFT Net Link.
- Able to demonstrate a knowledge of all SWIFT messaging formats.
- Demonstrated experience in SWIFT protocols.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, visual presentations, and effective listening skills.
- Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team.
- SWIFT experience (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication).
