As a leading healthcare provider in Southern Oregon and Northern California, Asante Rogue Medical Center offers an exceptional opportunity for Obstetrics & Gynecology Physicians to lead our Hospitalist team as Site Directors.
The hospital has been delivering babies for over 100 years, providing world-class care through its NICU, private birthing suites, maternal-fetal medicine program, and ongoing education programs for new parents. With a strong focus on clinical and operational excellence, the successful candidate will collaborate with our leadership team to deliver exceptional patient care, build and maintain relationships, and oversee the financial health of our program.
We offer a competitive salary range of $325,000 - $450,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include medical, dental, vision, and Rx coverage, a CME allowance, 401(k) employer match, professional liability insurance with tail coverage, and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities include working five or more Hospitalist shifts each month and traveling to address hospital and operational priorities as needed. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced physician who excels in a dual clinical/professional role, ensuring their program achieves clinical and operational objectives while guiding the hospitalist team.
