Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our supply chain operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment, preferably in an FDA-regulated facility
  • Expertise in inventory control and order fulfillment quality standards and metrics
  • Highly assertive and self-directing with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
