Avionics Hardware Test Engineer

At Blue Origin, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration and development. As an Avionics Hardware Test Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our avionics systems.

You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and testing avionics hardware and software, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and validate our systems.

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer who can lead the development of test plans, procedures, and equipment to ensure the successful qualification and acceptance of our avionics hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop test plans, procedures, and equipment for avionics hardware
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and validate avionics systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Contribute to the development of technical standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in avionics hardware design and testing
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to guide technical teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
