  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify consumer strengths, needs, and goals.
  • Connect consumers with community resources, natural supports, and entitlements to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Participate in clinical consults, supervision, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
