Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a positive and supportive care experience.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 12 months of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Current Texas RN license or temporary license, with permanent license obtained within 90 days.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Other credentials and certifications as defined by the unit or service line.
