Job Title: Senior Mechatronics Engineer

Ampcus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechatronics Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will contribute to the development of new and existing products, focusing on model-based design using Simulink and Simscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design and development of testing scripts for electromechanical systems within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Implement best practices in model-based design methodologies, development processes, and tools.
  • Collaborate in system integration, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Project management responsibilities, including internal or external resources, developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in mechatronics, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • 6-10 years of experience in product development, with at least five years of experience with Simulink Real-Time.
  • Experience with Simulink Unit Test (Test Harnesses) and Hardware in the Loop Testing.
  • Proficiency with error handling, data logging, and data retrieval within Simulink/Real-time applications.
  • Experience with GUI-type applications and EtherCAT communication.
