About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Coordinator to join our Essity Revenue Management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing administrative and analytical tasks, collaborating with the sales organization, pricing analysts, and other internal customers.

This is a hybrid position, and the ideal candidate should be based in Neenah, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the financial impact of price changes, considering overall history and customer profitability.
  • Provide analysis of sales opportunities and manage contract renewals for field and large end customer accounts.
  • Establish and maintain stock prices, including implementing announced price increases.
  • Develop price execution best practices and generate process enhancements ideas.
  • Perform research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales team's activities.
  • Maintain detailed awareness of customer account needs and problems to recommend proactive corrective action and solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated team player with:

  • Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Experience with Pricing, Contracts, SAP, CRM preferred.
