About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our wholesale and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and support.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store with ease.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule.
