About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join our team at The Society For Cardiovascular Angiography And Interventions. As a key member of our CVICU team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert care to critically ill pediatric patients with cardiac conditions, including those requiring ECMO support.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize unit operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric cardiac critical care and incorporate evidence-based practices into daily care.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Pediatric Cardiology or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
  • Completion of a Cardiac ICU fellowship or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
