Equipment Supervisor Shop Operations

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job
- Supervise and direct staff to ensure effective shop operations, including inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to present to leadership, justifying schedule, budget, and staffing levels.
- Develop and implement plans to improve financial status of shop operations, focusing on decreasing downtime and cost containment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired, extending its life and safety.
- Maintain a positive image, representing Pellitteri Waste Systems Inc to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing a team in diesel vehicle/construction equipment repair and maintenance.
- A current Wisconsin Commercial Drivers License (Class B) is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to effectively utilize systems involved in solid waste management, hauling, and disposal.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
