Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at HealthOp Solutions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona. The successful candidate will work closely with patients of all age groups to prevent, manage, and improve various physical health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional status, abilities, and potential, and establish appropriate treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
  • Advise and educate patients and families in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote patient health and wellbeing.
  • Use and instruct on devices and equipment such as traction, wheelchairs, braces, crutches, and prosthetics.
  • Assess patient progress, modify treatment plans, and provide reports detailing each patient's ongoing progress.
  • Work in liaison with other healthcare professionals to design and deliver complete healthcare for each patient.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records and write reports detailing each patient's condition and progress.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $80,000 and $85,000 per year, with the potential for bonuses up to $15,000 to $30,000 per year. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, sick leave, 401(k) matching, and annual CME allowance.
