We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of assigned professional staff, providing respiratory therapy to inpatients and outpatients, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise the work of assigned professional staff engaged in respiratory care activities
- Provide respiratory therapy to inpatients and outpatients
- Operate independently, under limited supervision, providing direction and guidance to assigned Respiratory Therapists
- Review and establish therapy and treatment objectives, and review care based on the age and needs of the patient
- Associate's degree or 2 years additional experience in lieu of degree
- Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care
- 2 years of experience in professional or technical role/function
- Licensed as Respiratory Care Practitioner with the State of Washington
- Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or supervisory role
