**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee the overall operation of our affordable housing properties. The successful candidate will have prior experience in affordable housing residential management, including tax credit and PennHomes funding. A valid PA real estate license is preferred, but not required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including company stock, 401(k) with employer match, medical/dental/vision insurance, and generous PTO.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the overall operation of our affordable housing properties, including rent collection, application processing, and customer service.
  • Assist other team members as needed and provide strong support to the property management team.
  • Review and prepare monthly reporting, including financial statements and property inspections.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and process timely.
  • Previous experience with Yardi is highly desirable, and experience with tax credit and PennHomes funding is a plus.
