About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Team Lead to join our team at Gibraltar Industries. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our e-commerce efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of our online sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.
  • E-Commerce Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize e-commerce operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure e-commerce success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in e-commerce or a related field, with a track record of driving business growth and process improvements.
  • E-Commerce Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce principles, including online sales strategies, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
