Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Concierge Home Care. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide treatment to patients in their homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, following the evaluation and treatment plan developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Assist patients with exercises, stretches, and other physical therapy activities to help them maintain their independence and mobility.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License (Required)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
