Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the physical therapist in conducting tests, evaluations, and complex treatment procedures.
  • Observe, record, and report patient reactions and responses to assigned duties.
  • Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the physical therapy department and equipment.
  • Participate in in-service programs and meetings as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Florida.
  • Prior experience in physical therapy, preferably in a skilled nursing setting.
