POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Med-Trans family, we are currently seeking a skilled Aviation Maintenance Sourcer to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. This role is crucial as we expand our internal recruiting team dedicated to sourcing top-tier Aviation Maintenance Technicians.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to assess staffing requirements.
- Quickly adapt to industry trends and market dynamics to effectively contribute to our talent pool and communicate a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Provide insights and analysis based on departmental objectives to refine and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize your recruiting expertise, technical skills, and communication abilities to enhance talent pipelines and expedite hiring processes.
- Identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency, recruitment productivity, and candidate experience.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Travel approximately 5-10% for recruitment events, job fairs, and industry-related conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing specialized roles across various seniority levels.
- Proven ability to leverage innovative sourcing techniques to engage passive, high-caliber talent.
- Proficient in MS Office, ATS platforms, and social media for sourcing and recruitment purposes.
- Demonstrated success in achieving hiring goals and conversions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in providing a personalized and meaningful experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Confident and respectful communication style, with a passion for the role and the organization.
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about roles, industries, and competitors in the aviation sector.
- Preferred background in aviation, air ambulance operations, or related fields.
- Experience as an Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P) is highly advantageous.
- Experience in manufacturing, skilled trades, heavy equipment, or mechanical industries is required.
COMPENSATION
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
