Aircraft Maintenance Technician Role
Global Medical Response (GMR) is proud to offer a unique opportunity for military service members to gain valuable civilian work experience in the medical response industry through our SkillBridge program.
As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance services, including mechanical inspections, repairs, and regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
You will also manage inventory checks, ensure stock of supplies and equipment, and regularly update the equipment tracking log.
Additionally, you will clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required, and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance services, including mechanical inspections, repairs, and regular statuses to the Lead Technician
- Manage inventory checks, ensure stock of supplies and equipment, and regularly update the equipment tracking log
- Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required
- Adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards
Requirements:
- 3 years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience with a minimum of six months helicopter maintenance experience during the last 24 months
- Aircraft maintenance systems, records, and maintenance support and planning
- Manufacturer training or equivalent on Bell 407 preferred
- Related experience under CFR Parts 91, 135, and 145 preferred
- Avionics troubleshooting and electrical repair experience preferred
- Inspection Authorization Certification preferred
- IFR helicopter avionics and auto-pilot experience preferred
