Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. As an RN, you will provide professional nursing care to patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric.

You will coordinate care planning with other disciplines, provide direct and indirect patient care, and prioritize care based on physical and psychosocial needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Delegate patient care to other members of the healthcare team
  • Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare team members, patients, and families
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse New Jersey State license
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within 1 year of hire
  • Minimum of 8 hours of education every two years in basic trauma assessment, intervention, and stabilization
