- Collaborate with the Director of Graduate Studies and CCAPS staff to ensure curriculum alignment.
- Utilize industry and content expertise to inform course content and keep current with research findings, workforce trends, professional ethics, and policies.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance curriculum delivery and accessibility for working adult students.
- Apply pedagogical best practices for diverse working adult learners.
- Teach at scheduled class times, including evenings and weekends, and respond to course-related student inquiries within 48 hours.
- Work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in the field or 3 semesters of teaching experience in a higher education setting with strong student evaluations.
- Teaching experience at the graduate level.
