Overview:
This position is part of the manufacturing team working on a day shift from 7 AM to 7 PM, with a schedule that includes 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends. The Production Associate I plays a vital role in supporting all cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) production environments. The individual will assist production teams by ensuring that all necessary raw materials and supplies are available in the production suites. Responsibilities include assembling and sterilizing equipment, cleaning used components, conducting routine maintenance on analytical instruments, and fulfilling scheduled cleaning tasks that are not covered by external cleaning services. A foundational understanding of cGMP compliance is expected, with training provided under close supervision, emphasizing aseptic techniques and awareness of cross-contamination risks in handling products and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily 6S organization and cleanliness checks in each suite.
  • Assess production requirements for sterilized assemblies and ensure timely delivery to suites.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on analytical equipment.
  • Execute weekly and monthly cleaning protocols for inoculum areas.
  • Document all activities accurately in both written and electronic formats in accordance with GMP and GDP standards.
  • Achieve qualifications for all assigned tasks and adhere to an individual training plan.
  • Prepare and transport materials to and from manufacturing suites, ensuring proper handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility and equipment through regular cleaning practices.
  • Engage in administrative responsibilities, including attending shift exchanges and meetings, managing communications, and participating in projects.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Work Schedule:
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed

Relocation:
Relocation to Portsmouth, NH is required prior to starting the position.

Work Environment:
This is an in-person role.
