We are a leading provider of emergency medical services, and we are seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team. As a Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of emergency vehicles, ensuring they are in top condition to provide critical care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair emergency vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure fleet readiness
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with a focus on emergency vehicles or similar fleet management
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred
