**Responsibilities:**

* Greet and direct members, guests, and staff with a smile and a friendly demeanor
* Assist members with their requests and answer questions about gym operations and policies
* Perform various administrative duties, including processing retail and concession sales
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
* Provide new guests with a tour of the gym and help them understand our membership options
* Assist with purchasing new memberships and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
