Job Summary

Vantage Point Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services to patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and provide necessary education, referral, and follow-up services to patients.
  • Perform physical examinations on patients admitted for medication maintenance and ensure that physician medication orders are being followed.
  • Evaluate patient care and adjust the plan of care based on outcomes, diagnostic test results, and patient feedback.
  • Provide patient and staff education on medication maintenance and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF Standards, and clinic policy and procedure.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited college or university.
  • Previous experience in a behavioral health facility or clinic preferred.
  • Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred.
  • No history of alcohol or drug misuse for a period of three years before employment.
