Position Overview: We are seeking skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Nurses to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct rounds on patients in skilled nursing facilities, including those on ventilators and tracheostomy care.
- Engage with family members to discuss patient care and progress.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Manage an average caseload of 25 patients daily.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Infectious Disease.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid state medical license and federal DEA registration.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation structure with a percentage of collections retained by the provider.
- Comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage provided.
- Access to billing services and electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Support for credentialing and licensure processes.
- Flexible scheduling with an expected coverage time of 4-6 hours per day.
