Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to ensure our products consistently meet exceptional quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection protocols.

Responsibilities
- Execute quality audits to verify adherence to CGMP and FDA guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance evaluations on products during the manufacturing cycle.
- Employ precision measuring tools and coordinate measuring machines for part inspections.
- Gather and assess data to pinpoint trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Perform quality control assessments on raw materials and finished goods.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to swiftly resolve quality concerns.
- Understand HACCP principles to maintain food safety standards.
- Fabricate tools or fixtures as necessary.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in quality control or a similar field.
- In-depth knowledge of CGMP, FDA regulations, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Proficient in utilizing coordinate measuring machines and precision measuring devices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with various departments.
