**Key Responsibilities**

  • Providing comprehensive medical care to patients in a 100% outpatient setting
  • Using Epic EMR system to manage patient records and communicate with colleagues
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

**Benefits and Compensation**

The estimated annual salary for this position is $275,000-$325,000, depending on experience. The benefits package includes a generous 401(k) savings plan, CME reimbursement, paid time off, and relocation assistance packages.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
