Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist at Lancesoft INC, you will have the opportunity to screen, evaluate and treat patients while supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, and Rehab Techs.

The overall purpose of this role is to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients within one working day of physician referral and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Screens, evaluates, and treats Patients with physical therapy needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in direct Patient care and Patient-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other team members.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of current practice.
  • Mobility (includes walking, good balance), reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, ability to see and hear, ability to read and write, ability to communicate with patients, family members, personnel, and ability to remain calm under stress.
