Position: Manufacturing Production Specialist

  • Compensation: $31.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all safety and cleanliness protocols within a production environment.
  • Operate and manage production machinery, including diagnosing issues and making necessary adjustments to meet product and quality standards.
  • Document production metrics and other relevant data as required.
  • Utilize basic maintenance skills to assist in servicing equipment.
  • Engage actively in all safety and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by management.
  • Flexibility to accommodate various scheduling needs, including shift work, overtime, and weekend assignments when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and adhere to all safety and housekeeping regulations.
  • Willingness to learn to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
  • Capability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting purposes.
  • Proficient in taking measurements to ensure product compliance with specifications.
  • Possess fundamental maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools and their proper usage (e.g., hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is expected.

Compensation may vary based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
