Job Summary:
This role involves reviewing, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on production and customer data to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production trends, implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Assess weekly staffing needs and verify departmental staffing plans.
- Monitor manufacturing objectives against actual outcomes and facilitate training for team members.
- Engage in Impact and Kaizen initiatives.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, M.I.S., or a related discipline, with 0-2 years of relevant experience; OR
- Associate Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, M.I.S., or a related field, with 2-4 years of relevant experience; OR
- High School Diploma or GED, with 4-6 years of experience in related roles.
Required Skills:
a. Familiarity with Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing systems
b. Insight into North American Lighting's manufacturing capabilities
c. Strong organizational and planning abilities
d. Proficient data analysis and reporting skills
e. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
f. Effective written and verbal communication skills
g. Strong interpersonal skills
