About the Job

Nemean Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Policy Analyst to join our team in Soldier and Family Ministry. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance and support to the Office of the Chief of Chaplains (OCCH) in developing and implementing policies related to religious support and spiritual readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to OCCH leaders on complex religious support issues, processes, and methods.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to Soldier and Family Ministry, ensuring alignment with Army and OCCH goals.
  • Collaborate with other HQDA organizations to ensure effective communication and coordination on religious support matters.
  • Prepare analytical reports and correspondence to facilitate client and project staff communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and support documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of programs and services that promote the well-being of Soldiers and their families.
  • Engage with families and community stakeholders to build relationships and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, ministry, social work, or public policy.
  • 10 years of relevant policy experience in addressing harmful behaviors and chaplain corps policy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
