LPN Job Opportunity

EveryAge, a leading provider of senior care services, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and caring LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care, administer medications, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
