Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team at Sandcastle Homes. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Team, you will play a critical role in protecting and enhancing our brand by ensuring a positive home buying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing:
    • Develop and maintain our website to showcase our luxury homes and community features.
    • Manage our social media presence, email marketing campaigns, and blog posts to engage with our target audience.
    • Prepare and distribute a monthly newsletter to keep our customers informed about new developments and community events.
    • Develop and maintain product literature, including price lists, maps, floor plans, and features lists.
    • Design and order signs, banners, and other marketing materials to promote our brand.
    • Develop and implement other marketing programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Contract-to-Close activities, including working with customers on selections and change orders.
    • Ensure that construction has accurate selections information on a timely basis.
    • Coordinate inspections, walk-throughs, closings, and other customer-facing activities.
    • Follow up with customers after closing to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Other:
    • Provide sales support by working with our Sales Team to develop messaging and marketing strategies.
    • Manage our CRM system and automated follow-up programs to ensure seamless communication with our customers.
    • Assist with weekend open houses, ensuring that signs and literature are available and reporting on traffic and prospects.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends in products, locations, customer preferences, and other key areas.
    • Assist with land acquisitions, including learning to prepare land purchase contracts and helping to develop a systematic approach to land acquisitions.
    Requirements
    • Skills and Qualifications:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
      • Background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
      • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
      • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphic design software, and social media applications.
