Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and assist with both new and ongoing marketing initiatives aimed at maintaining and enhancing our industry presence. This role will involve hands-on experience across various marketing facets, including photography, events, social media, advertising, and operations. This internship will equip you with essential marketing skills and knowledge of diverse marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain extensive experience in marketing and should be prepared to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist and Support Leasing Consultants by:
  • Providing comprehensive marketing support to the marketing & events manager and the marketing team, which includes administrative tasks, data entry, market research, and analysis.
  • Reviewing existing photography and organizing the company's digital assets related to the ongoing Photography Project.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to compile and organize details of the company's communities for the Community Details project.
  • Offering assistance and support for any upcoming community and resident events.
  • Carrying out any other assigned duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information clearly and effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.

Education and Experience:
  • Currently enrolled in an Associate Degree program, 2-year program, Community College, or 4-year program at a college or university.
