Automotive Title Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our team at Car Vision. As an Automotive Title Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle titles and related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities- Verify Customer Information: Verify customer account agreements, vehicle files, and title information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Perform data entry and verify customer vehicle information is accurately recorded in the system.
- Process Finance and Lease Paperwork: Process finance and lease paperwork for automobile deals accurately and efficiently.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Administrative Support: Perform various clerical and administrative duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.
- Experience with General Office Equipment: Experience using general office equipment, such as copiers and fax machines, is required.
- Ability to Sit or Stand for Prolonged Periods: The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time is necessary for this role.
- Manual Dexterity and Attention to Detail: Manual dexterity and attention to detail are critical for this position.
