Job Title: Community Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Associa. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financials, maintenance, insurance, and service delivery for a community of people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall business supervision of a community association
  • Manage daily interactions with internal and external customers, including homeowners, vendors, board members, and committee members
  • Oversee financials, maintenance, insurance, and service delivery for the community

Requirements:

  • Combination of education and experience; some college preferred
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Three to five years of community management experience
  • Financial and accounting acumen
  • Project management experience a plus

Compensation:

$60,000-$62,000; direct experience highly considered.
