  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address risks before they escalate into larger issues.
  • Measuring Impact: Evaluate the effectiveness and operational efficiency of programs both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Enhancing Communication: Support management with effective communication, problem-solving, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in project or program management within a creative environment.
  • 2+ years of experience leading large-scale projects within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional projects on time.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, including Agile and Lean.
  • Familiarity with design and development processes, including design systems.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
