We are currently looking for a highly motivated Patient Care Associate to join our team at Duke University Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the overall mission of the hospital.

The Patient Care Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of non-professional nursing duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. This includes preparing patients for specific procedures, administering treatment and personal care procedures, and participating in teaching activities by reinforcing education instructed by the RN or physician as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Nurse Aide I Registry listing with the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation and a high school diploma or equivalent. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a pension plan. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
