We are seeking a skilled Chemotherapy Registered Nurse to join our team at Ansible Government Solutions, LLC in Durham, NC.
Estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

- This position involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment where you will be responsible for administering chemotherapy treatments, assessing patient needs, and educating patients and their families about their diagnosis and treatment options.
Your key responsibilities as a Chemotherapy Nurse will include:
- Providing high-risk IV infusions, including antibiotics, chemotherapy, blood, and blood products.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care based on age-specific components.
- Providing patient and family education in relation to patient's diagnosis and expected side effects of treatment.
- Administering medications and procedures per established policies and guidelines.
- Working with technical staff to ensure accuracy of treatment plan.
- Poised and articulate in communicating with people of varied educational levels and backgrounds.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Setting up and instructing patients and family members on home infusion pumps.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completion of an accredited Registered Nurse academic program (BSN or ADN).
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Three (3) years of recent Chemotherapy RN work experience required.
