Western States Fire Protection is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our Life Safety Systems division, you will be responsible for testing and inspecting fire alarm and sprinkler systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm and sprinkler systems to identify any defects or malfunctions.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on fire protection systems, including low-voltage wiring and devices.
- Collaborate with project managers and schedule coordinators to ensure timely completion of inspections and projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide accurate and detailed inspection reports.
- NICET Level II or III certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of life safety codes and regulations, including NFPA standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
