Key Responsibilities
- Manage service orders and the workflow in the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive timely and courteous service.
- Take responsibility for enhancing the customer experience by completing additional tasks that leave a lasting positive impression.
- Provide exceptional support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure no customer is overlooked.
- Guarantee that the daily technician time is effectively utilized to serve customers.
- Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain Customer Happiness scores in alignment with company benchmarks.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and order necessary parts and tools.
- Oversee warranty claims administration and assist in training and supervising the service department staff.
- Establish schedules and delegate tasks among service department personnel.
- Uphold company policies and adhere to established standards.
- Encourage compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and promote good employee relations.
- Collaborate with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions within the service department.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
