Job SummaryWe're seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you'll be the first face of the brand for growing families, congratulating new parents and grandparents, and introducing our new baby essentials. You'll foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, value and optimize skills and talents, and continually educate yourself and your team on product styles, features, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14
- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
- Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
- Consistently model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to success
- Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through
- Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns timely and with an appropriate resolution
- Utilize customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity to implement actions to drive results
- Build customer loyalty through Company-sponsored programs, including credit
- Offer consistent, in-the-moment feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to Store Manager
- Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation
- Support store team with Asset Protection through a consistent level of customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
- A variety of skills and experiences
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling; stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder; provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
