About the Role:
The Navy Times is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Display Assembler. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of products in our warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Folding and building cardboard components to meet production requirements
- Placing products in cardboard trays and on pallets, ensuring accurate and efficient packaging
- Wrapping products, trays, and cartons with plastic, using manual or automated wrapping machines
- Verifying product quantities and quality, reporting any discrepancies or damage
- Operating pallet jacks and carts to collect and transport order components
- Ensuring products are placed in the correct order and adding labels as needed
- Replenishing work areas with supplies and products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Inspecting products and reporting any quality control issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with attention to detail and quality control
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
